Want to learn how to cook in Italy?

Join us for an Italian cooking retreat in 2025 in the beautiful region of Calabria, Italy, right off the coast of the Ionian Sea (this is the view from the hotel). If you've watched my day in the life videos from culinary school, this retreat will be hosted at the same school I attended.

This retreat will include hands-on cooking experiences, tasting 5-star quality Italian dishes, and going on food centered excursions over 10 days. The cost (which still needs to be finalized) will likely in the range of $6,000 per person. This would include airport transfer, hotel stay, food & wine for the entire stay, cooking classes, and excursions. You would be responsible for your flight.
